The Statutes & Bye-laws of the IIBSC
1. Name
This institute's full name, in English, is International Institute of Business & Social Communication, the short form is IIBSC.
2. Definition and Purposes
The
IIBSC
is an international independent interdisciplinary institution. The International Institute promotes the dialogue, knowledge, research and publications on international
business and social communication, especially in the fields of protocol, manners, communication and ethics. A second purpose of the IIBSC is to foster communication, collaboration and cooperation among business & social communication and among the institutional and invididual members and fellows throughout the world.
Bye-Law 2.1
The IIBSC may fulfil its purposes through various activities, such as:
- Developing and hosting international seminars and congresses.
- Developing and supporting scholarly exchange and research.
- Supporting and preparing publications.
- Establishing and maintaining public relations (Press & Media).
- Developing and maintaining an international database to consolidate information.
- Developing and maintaining a website and other means of communicating news.
- Promoting joint research projects.
- Supporting and promoting traineeships and work experiences for students.
3. Structure
The IIBSC is made up of the following bodies:
(a) The Council.
(b) The Members and Associates of the IIBSC.
(c) The Secretariat directed by the Executive President of the IIBSC.
