Membership is by invitation only, but anyone shall be eligible for election to the Membership by the Council of the Institute, especially those who have a general interest in the promotion and study of business & social communication. Persons who are not invited by the Council or the national delegate may introduce themselves to become Candidates by submitting a curriculum vitae, passport photograph and other relevant informations to the President or to the national delegate of the Institute.
