Membership is by invitation only, but anyone shall be eligible for election (appointment) to the Membership by the President or the Council of the Institute, especially those who have a general interest in the promotion and study of business & social communication.

Persons who are not invited by the Council or the national delegate may introduce themselves to become Candidates by submitting a curriculum vitae, passport photograph and other relevant informations to the President or to the national delegate of the Institute.

All Members are appointed by the President or the Council of the Institute.
